• A work background in a service profession where you have had to handle many cases simultaneously and provide quick and efficient service to customers
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form
• Category B driver's license & access to your own car

As a weighing administrator at the facility, you are an important cog in the daily operations as the receiver of materials to the facility. You will be part of a team of four, and your purpose is to receive customers who come with waste of various materials. The materials must be weighed and then directed to the correct department. Your tasks include being responsible for the weighing of incoming and outgoing vehicles, performing checks on incoming materials, and guiding and directing incoming deliveries to the correct area. The team works in shifts, and there are always at least two people manning the scale.Other tasks

• Perform checks of required documents (various transport or customs documents)
• Prepare statistics for internal and external use
• Direct incoming deliveries via email and the weighing system
• Respond to emails and phone calls and maintain ongoing contact with customers and various units within the company
